Our beloved cat Johanna Marie passed away late in the evening of September 5th, 2005, (Labor Day) She had been attacked by a racoon on our deck a week earlier and had two surgeries
from the racoon bites and bacteria.

Mommy misses you Johanna and thinks of you every day that you have been gone. You were (and still are my soul cat and my very best friend. Julius misses you and is very depressed and not eating well.

You are in the deepest part of my heart and soul, and
I know I will see you again someday.

My Precious Johanna Maria who meant the world to me. You were my soul cat. You comforted me with your purring and your snuggling. My heart is breaking that you had to endure the attack by a racoon and then two surgeries and it was heartbreaking to have to put you to sleep. I can only hope and pray that you are playing and running with your friends at Rainbow Bridge,
Mommy misses her Jo-Jo!

not a minute of the day goes by
that I do not think of you and miss you.
