Rocketman by Gail and Ray LeDuc / Your Family

We had to make the awfull decision to send our Rocket to the Rainbow bridge after Cushings took ahold of him. He was only nine years old and It wasnt fair. He was a wonderfull babysitter to our Grandchildren, allways watching them in the yard when they played outside, No one would dare bother them when he was on duty. He leaves behind his Chihuahua buddys, Mickey and Lola. Also his Whippet friend Jade. We loved you very much Rocketman… See you on the other side boy

Rosie by Gail / Mommy

My sweet Whippet Rosie left me one yr ago today. I loved her very much and still think of her often. She was one of those one in a lifetime buddys and no one will ever take her place..I cried so much that I had to have grief therapy for a while..She was taken from me at a very young age due to Pancreatitis, her passing was so unexpected.

Rosie by Gail / Rosie My Sweet girl

I had to make the heartbreaking decision to let my sweet Whippet Rosie go. She had fought Pancreatic off and on in her much too short life here. This last time she suffered so much that I had no other choice. I found her to take the place of my Devo (pawprint 42) and what a wonderful job she did!!. I never knew a person could grieve so much, right now has got to be the most sorrowful period that I have ever faced. she didn’t even make it to her fifth birthday!.
when I returned from somewhere, whether it was minutes or hours she would cry and howl with delight. what devotion!! I haven’t made up my mind whether I will ever be able to get any more dogs since I don’t think I could handle this pain ever again. I do still have her companion , Rocketman and its so sad to see him alone.
Rosie is the brindle girl at the front of the picture.
