Bessie by The Bell Family / Love,

Your Family

It all started on the day we took our baby bassett hound home 6 weeks after she was born. She was adorable, lovable, playful, sweet, never hurt a fly, was just a cute and cuddly puppy! She had fun playing with my family especially my siblings and I because we were the ones
with the most energy! ;]

We had so much fun with her all day long, playing adventure games with her and just being a kid. When she got older she still had that playful puppy spirit in her even though she didn’t have the strength at times. She would roll around on the ground or wrestle with us or play hide and go seek around the house *And she would howl if she couldn’t find us* She was our bestest buddy to have around and we miss her everyday! She had 2 babys, Bonnie and Clyde. Fun names right?! haha

But they were just as much fun as she was as a puppy and could keep up with us kids just as much as Bessie could!

We have memorys of Bessie doing some crazy stuff
such as once my dad left Bessie in the car for about 5 minutes when she gets on the car steering wheel and starts honking the horn, and we took Bessie to the park once to fly kites with us and she started chasing the kites. *She caught it once!*

Then one day she got very sick from cancer when she was 13 years old. It was sad because she wouldn’t eat or drink becasue she knew she wouldn’t be able to hold it down for long, it was very very very sad. And one day we just had to put her to sleep, that was the hardest part.
But we know she is in heaven with my grandma playing at the beach and running and as healthy as ever! :]

We miss you everyday Bessie!!
