7/85 – 1/02

We walked into the shelter
one July day
Saw you in that small cage
You looked at us and
said “Hey”.

We brought you home
Our new member of the family
No more cages and free to roam.

You watched over us
barked at every sound.
Played with us
And was there
when we were down.

You ate my beeper
and a few pairs of shoes
But we didnÆt mind
You were just being you.

The time has come and
we have to let you go.
God will take of you
This we know.

Thank you
Bo for being our best friend.
We learned a lot
about love from you
And how it never ends!
