Bonnie by John and Bekye Eckert / John and Bekye and all the little train wrecks

IN MEMORY: BONNIE and JULIE
A gift by Pamm Banduric

When gently blow the breezes
And, sunbeams through shadows fall
The Gates of Heaven open
While the Rainbow Angels call.
Two little sisters, all furry white
Would run and jump and play
Lived on earth, brought joy to hearts
Until there came a day.
That Julie heard the Angels sing
And crossed the Bridge alone
Left aching hearts behind
For she was going Home.
While Bonnie, her sweet sister
Stayed here to help mend hearts
Was still our earthly Angel
And not ready to depart.
Then there came a longing
To be with Julie once again
So Bonnie took the Rainbow Bridge
And left our hearts in pain.
Across the bridge, just over the ridge
Two little sisters now stay
Happy in God’s Garden
They run and jump and play,
Safely Home Forever, Always in our hearts

We love you sweet Bonnie,
Bonnie
