Bonnie —
We miss you so very much. You lived a long life and the best years was with the 3 of us. Oh, how I wish you came to us earlier, but when Eric came to live with us you got to come too and that was the best present we ever got. We spoiled you and loved you with all our heart. You became such a free spirit, loving your new life and becoming an great ‘in-door’ dog – no more being left out in the dirt, heat, or cold.
You traveled with us and was a big part of our family. Your personality was so unique. We will remember you playing frizbee, catching the ball, and running and barking. Unfortunately, you became old and started hurting. Despite the medication, the pain was beginning to be too much. You tolerated it with dignity and pride. I know you didn’t want to leave us – we didn’t want to lose you but we couldn’t have you hurt anymore. We have many, many good memories of you and know you are waiting with Shelby, Guc, and Shasta until we meet again at the Rainbow Bridge. Run free, play hard, and be pain free!! We love you and miss you!!
