Brandy by Tim Franzen / Dad

It just seems like yesterday when I picked you up
after seeing the sign that said “free puppies”.The name Brandy seemed to fit you right way. As you grew, Oh how you used to run and chase squirrels through the woods up in the mountains where you and I lived. You were a godsend, not just to your Mom and Me, but My parents, who had the priviledge of keeping their “grand dog” on several occasions. My mom said that you were the Ideal dog, perfectly mannered and disciplined. I don’t know what I’ll do without you, but I have to hold on to our fond memories together and look at you on home movies, keeping you alive in my heart forever. When it comes time for me to cross over, you’ll be my first priority, to find you at The Rainbow Bridge. Then and only then will I be Whole and completely content.I miss you much!!!
My heart is breaking and I know in time some
of the hurt will heal, but I’ll never forget you..never.
I send this With all of my love.
