I’ll never forget the day that we first met. You were rescued from an owner that kept you outside in a cage for 10 years of your life. You were a very sweet and afraid little girl on the way to the vets, just to find out that you had cancer. The rescue had the surgery performed and you were in foster care for a few days, and then you came to me on Dec 31, 2003. I nursed your wounds. We had our moments because you were afraid and not used to being loved. We had times when we were both mad at each other, but then things seemed to settle down and you understood that Daddy and I were here to help and take care of you.

You would always bark and spin in circles whenever you heard the UPS truck, or any truck for that matter. You would run through the yard so fast, then your sister Missy would chase you, barking all the way. I would always give you extra biscuits, because I was trying to make up for the times you never had them. I will always remember the times when you came up next to me for a hug and a kiss.

Daisie, you are a beautiful girl. Daisie, I tried my best to make everything OK for you, and to try to help you forget all the bad years. I hope that I did make your life a little bit better.

Daisie, I love you and please forgive me for having to make the decision that I did. I know that you were not feeling the same, and I was afraid.

You will never know how much I miss you and wish you were back, but I want you to be happy and not afraid anymore. I just hope that God watches over you and that you have alot of happiness.

Love forever,
Andree and Lonnie
