It has only been one year
Since our Manny has been gone
So once more we shed our tears
The pain and anguish have been long.
Manny was always such a good boy
He always gave us love
He loved his bah-bah, his favorite toy
Now it’s with him up above.
It’s hard to get over the loss of a pet
They are like your little child
Running around in heaven with new friends he has met
Hopefully playing, but not very wild.
So here’s to Manny, our little turkey face
We’ll miss you year after year
Our love for you we will never replace
Our Dog, Our Friend, One Year, One More Tear.
