It has been a week since we parted. It has been the toughest week of my life. I am over the initial shock. Everyone I talk to says it takes time. You know I talk to you every day, I have accepted you are with your Mom and everyone else close to us that has gone beyond. I still LOVE and miss you so much. I want to thank you for visiting me in my dream for the first time last night. I was able to see you and touch your paw and pet you, and hold your head in my hands. You looked good! Happy, looked like you had a smile on your face! Because you were probably HAPPY to see me as well! We are parted physically, but not in my heart, mind and soul. At times I really have to say that ole prayer..”To Accept the things I Cannot Change!” That doesn’t sound comforting now, but at times does work. Take care my good friend and buddy. We will meet again in our dreams and at some point at the ‘Bridge.’
