You came to our family by chance but as it turned out you were an amazing and much needed addition. You were the most loving dog, always by our side through sickness and sadness. You showed affection for everyone always greeting newcomers with the “wheaten welcome”, and always leaning in for a pet. You were happiest when you were just being included in our daily activities, and loved to participate in evrything we did from morning runs to barbecues at the beach to family parties. Your loyalty shines through as your most endeared quality.
You were taken too young, but we are so greatful for having one last week with you while you were still able to go to your favorite places and eat your favorite meals. Whitty, we know how much you loved us and want you to know how very much we all love you. You will always be in our thoughts and our hearts and we know we will be together again one day. Althea will be joining you in the near future so please look out for her. It was great to get you two together last week. It meant so much to us to see you both happy and talking:)
