Lakota,
Its only been 44 days since you left me and I miss you so much, no more grumbles at night when I get home; the cute litle way you used to greet me; you were my friend in good times and bad. Sassy and Lady still look for you and when I make a mistake and call one of them your name, they just cock their heads at me as if to say, mom how could you forget. I’ll never forget you sweetie. You were treated like the queen you always were. If I could only spend another day with you, just know you are deeply and sadly missed. Until we cross that bridge Kota Coo, play and be free of pain, until mama gets to see you again for eternity.
Godspeed, sweetie,
