Sunshine – there was none when you left us – it was storming. Such a contrast to your sweet, gentle nature. You loved everyone and always tried to be a good girl, even though you had an incureable case of paper shredding. The lights went out when you were gone and all I could think of was that you were with strangers at the time.

Your home now, and though I know in my heart we spared you great pain, I sometimes wonder if we didn’t give you enough credit for being stronger than you appeared. We loved you very much and and you will always be in our hearts. Give Biggin and Buddy a kiss for us.

With all our love,
Joan and Dave Altizer
