We never could understand how your former care takers could ever just leave you behind, but they did. One look at you, and I knew then that I would provide you with a good home. You came home and right from the start setteled in like you had been here forever. We knew you were special, with your blue eyes, and freckled nose. You were my golden boy, my lou lou. I had so many special names I called you, and you answered to them all. We only were blessed with a little more than a year with you, not even close to the time I wanted. My heart feels like it’s broke, we miss you sooooooooo much. I have to remind myself that you are in a better place, where sunshine warms you, and your not in pain anymore. Go chase butterflies, and climb trees. My silly Lou Lou, we’ll love you forever.
