Dearest Koa, today would have been your second Birthday and for some reason or another your journey is already finished here on Earth. I don’t know why but I guess you had something else to do. I miss you so much and just can’t believe that life goes on and the world keeps turning even though you aren’t here anymore. I read this the other day and thought of you so I am sending it to you on your Birthday.

up in the sky tonight
And even though it’s far away
It’s brightness and warmth
still reach us here
to make the night
a little less dark.
Maybe someday I will feel like this about you but for now I just miss you and hope that there is a doggie heaven with lot’s of friends and fun.
