You came into our lives and instantly became Our Little Buddy. We thank you for all the nights you curled up with us in bed and for all the nights you accompanied my husband to the bathroom and the way you would keep guard until he was back safely in his bed. I am grateful for all the afternoons you greeted us happily at the door, and for all the times you quietly walked up to me and gently laid your head on my lap. You had such a big, protective heart. Our lives are richer because we shared it with you and our loss is deeper because we loved you so much. We hope that you know how much you are loved and missed. Always and forever in our hearts, until we meet again.
