It’s been only a few days since leaving for the Rainbow Bridge. I know it was a struggle for you the last few days but I will miss you terribly. You were the queen of the house and it is hard not having you here today. Many cards have arrived with notes of special Ellie memories. I know you were right there as I read them out loud.
Today, you are in no pain and a puppy once again. I’m comforted knowing Sam was waiting for you in the grassy area of the Rainbow Bridge, maybe Aunt Sally too!
1000 earth years equal 1 hour of time in heaven, it won’t be long before we cross the bridge together; you, Sam and me. I can’t wait too see you again. Maybe you could visit me in my dreams like Sam did.
