Well, its been 6 months since you left us. You left us in february and now its summer time. I miss taking you for walks to the park, I used to buy bottled water and let you lap it from my hand! After walking for a while, we’d flop down in a sunny spot and we’d both stretch out and cuddle in the sun!!
We think about you all the time and we remember little stories about you. Mam and Dad really really miss you around the house and I think there is a part of Dad’s heart that will never be the same since you died.
He says he never wants to get another Dog, says he just couldn’t handle the pain of losing another pet. Mam would like to get another dog, but she keeps saying “It will never replace Cleo”.
So, we’ll see what happens, you see Cleo..the house is not the same without you. Something is missing, something is not quite right…just because you are gone. Avril and Trev say hello, they miss you too, Lorna is in Florida at the moment with Scott!! She was so upset when you left Clee, so where all of the kids.
I hope Dino and Waldo your older brothers are looking after you up at “The ‘Ridge”. I hope you don’t forget us, we’ll never forget you.
