Dearest Hannah,
You have been gone now for over 18 months and it still hurts so much. We still call the new pup by your name. Your Christmas collar hangs on the mantle and your photo is on the fridge. A day does not go by that we do not talk of you.
You were the only dog we had after retiring and we able to be with you so much more than earlier pets, you became our closest friend. Your cat pal Riley misses you also. We go on without you because we have no choice, but look to the day when we will play together again.
