We adopted Lady at an LA county Animal Shelter adoption day in 1995. Lady had been in the pound for nearly 6 months and was earmarked to be put to sleep. We looked at a number of dogs but didn’t see one that caught ouir eye. We were leaving the mall when one of the adoption agents asked us my wife and I to take a look at one more dog.

She took this beautiful Irish Setter out of the truck. My wife was sitting on a rock and the adoption person brought her over to my wife. Lady sat down in front of my wife, put her paw on her leg and my wife melted. Lady was our Angel, she never did anything wrong. We were blessed to have her in our lives for six of her nine years on earth. We miss her terribly and will always love her.

We miss you girl,

Mom and Dad
