Dear Sweet Chelsea,
When you came into my life 18 years ago I was also only a pup, and we grew up together. You were my best friend, the light in my life, and I would have done anything for you. You saw me through all the good times and the bad. There were times that if it were not for you, I do not know what would have become of me.
On your final day you gave me a gift beyond measure. In your final hours as I held you in preperation for the final trip to the vet, you went to sleep in my arms and never woke. You were at such total and complete peace. I hope when my time comes, I will cross over with such grace.
