You were a special friend who never gave up on me and was always there by my side thick or thin. For the time you were with me I always knew I could turn to you for comfort and joy. But now it’s hard to imagine life without you. I can only hold on knowing that you are in a better place and that you’ll be there at those golden gates faithfully waiting for me as you did at the front door for so many years.
