Chrissie was her trainer’s ‘best bitch’, who ran hundreds of races for him. We tried to give her a long and happy retirement. She was a very private dog, but also a very loving and loyal companion. She leaves us feeling bereft, but also very privileged that we knew her for nearly five years.
