Dear Custer, my baby,
I do not even know where to start. This all happened so suddenly. I have a very special memory, you giving Mommy the “high-five” even though you were so weak and sick. I have so many things to say to you, so many wonderful memories. We had a great three months didn’t we. You were the sweetest little guy. Thank you for “tucking” me in each night. Alway’s so thoughtful and so loving. There will never be another like you. Such a free spirit, born free and determined to stay that way even if you lived in a house, there was no taming your natural spirit and instinct.
We tried for twelve years but you would have none of that. I loved you for that reason and so many more. I miss you more than I will ever be able to express. Mommy is still numb from the shock of all of this. I love you so much and my life is irreversibly changed.
I know that you are on your way to the beautiful Rainbow Bridge, I also know that you will be so happy there. Caesar, Tasha, Terra and Bandit will be waiting for you along with Casey. They will show you the way. I love and miss you baby and I will see you all agian someday.
