Dudey,
You have been gone so long, but I keep you in my heart always. There are other dogs to keep me company now, but you will always be that special puppy that was with me for 13 years. The day I told you I’d be ok if you went, and then you closed your eyes and went to God was the hardest day of my life, but I know you are no longer in pain, running free with legs that work just fine now. I think of you as my guardian angel, Dudey……still watching over me.
