Duke was my baby; he was more than a dog, he was part of our family. He was part of our home. When we got him he was scared as could be, until we brought him home and he seen he could trust in me. We got closer everyday that went by. He was the best dog in the world and that was no lie. He loved to play; he loved to run; he had many toys but he had one favorite one, he carried it around guarding it so just waiting for us to throw it as far as it would go. I will miss him each and every day. I will miss him whining when he wanted to play. I will never forget him there is no way he will be in my heart each and every day. He left us today to go to Heaven where he can run and play more than we can ever imagine. Now he’s gone and we will miss him so. GOD please throw his favorite toy so he will feel at home.
