You were a gift from the Humane Society.
Your were 3 when we got you, and very set in your ways.
You slowly adjusted to our family and gave us more love and
protection than we could have ever expected.
We all miss you so much.
You were such an important part of our lives.
I still listen for you when I come home, and expect to see you.
I panic when the gate is open, wondering if you
are down at the park, again.
The day we had to put you down was one of the
hardest days of my life.
It is never easy to lose a pet.
We miss you and you will always be a part of our life,
and in our hearts.
