My dearest Eclipse,
We had no idea that you were sick until it was too late to help you. I am so sorry for the pain that you were in and that we could not help. Please know that we would have done anything in the world to save you if we would have just known. The mornings will never be the same without you. I will miss opening the bedroom door every morning and not finding you waiting there for me. I will miss you not running in the bathroom to sit on the ledge while I take a shower.
Please know that you will never be forgotten, we will miss you every day that we are here without you. We will see you again in Heaven someday!
