Gadget was amazing. He lived for two years, and in those two years, he gave me so much joy, so much love, so many good memories. And here I cry, clutching his little toy, kissing it, smelling it…Remembering all the cute things he did…The cute way he twitched his nose…The cute way he held his food as he nibbled on it…The cute way he used to stick his head out of his room whenever I gently called his name…But now, God has taken him from me. My little boy.
Gadget, you were more than a hamster. You were MY hamster, and you’ll always be my hamster. I love you and miss you so much. But it helps to know that you’re in Heaven, still running on your little wheel…
