Little Gizzie…I hope you know that I tried my very best to keep you safe and warm the few short days that you were on this earth. I will always remember your little face and the joy you brought me. I think one of the reasons we found each other was so you would not be cold, afraid, and alone the day you went on to a better life. I will see you again one day and will kiss that little head. I didn’t have the blessing of you for very long, but it was love at first sight.
