We adopted Jackson when he was almost 4 years old. He was a race dog and rescued by a non-profit agency. He was skinny and timid, but I saw a trust and loyalty reflected in his eyes and I knew he was the dog for my family. I want to thank him for 7 years of unconditional love and loyalty and to let him know that there is an empty feeling in the house that can never be filled and that he is sadly missed.
If anybody is thinking of adopting a greyhound and are unsure because of their size, don’t be, Jackson was just like a giant cat. He was gentle and friendly and layed around the house. We used to joke and call him our couch potato. Jackson was not only our pet he was a part of our family. Jackson you are forever in our hearts. Thank you for all the wonderful memories.
