Jake I think about you all the time and cry alot. I know that you will be waiting for me I just wish we were together here and now. I just wanted you to know that you were the best companion my love my heart my baby and my everything. I will miss you Jake but I am glad that you did not have to endure any pain. Thank you Jake for being a part of my life and also for teaching me what companionship & loyalty are all about. Also thank you for all your kisses and all the memories. One more thing Jake thanks for always listening to me. Life as I know it will not be the same without you here to share it with. Just remember that I will be thinking about you all the time.
