Jasmine you were the answer to my prayers since I was a child. I’ll never forget the times you ran to the back door when you heard the school bus drop me off or the times you sat on my lap yearning for attention and love. I’ll always remember you sleeping under the Christmas tree every year and how you were ecstatic when the scent of turkey filled the room. I’ll cherish the thought of you prancing around the house and the sound of your tags. You were the greatest gift I have ever received and I know I can never replace you. You were truly Heaven sent; one day we will be together again. Though you are no longer with us you will live on in my heart and mind and I’ll treasure every thought I have.
