After I lost two of my most precious fur babies within 4 weeks of each other (Spoofy and Charlie), I decided to adopt two older cats who needed a home. I found Jack and Jill, 10 year old brother and sister, at the SPCA and fell in love with them instantly. Little Jill was so sweet. She would sit on my chest every morning to wake me up so I would fill her pull and play toy. I adopted them on August 18th 2015.
Jill got very sick in December with liver problems and just got sicker and sicker. Jack would sit with her and “wash” her. I nursed her for 5 months, but I finally realized it was time to let her go and stop her suffering. She was only with me a short time, but I love her dearly now and forever.
