Lobo by Tori Walker / Toria Walker

This is the story of my beloved Lobo

The day started as usual. I woke up from bed, got dressed, went to school. My mom was driving me & my cousin Kelcie home from school when a husky/wolf mix ran across the road. “Can we get him? Please?” We begged. “No”, said my mother. But we saw the dog pound pull up so we dropped my cousin off and called the pound. They said that he would be up for adoption two weeks from now and we would have 1 week to adopt him or he would be put to sleep. So 2 weeks later my mom was at the shelter before it opened and adopted him. I named him Lobo because it means wolf in spanish and he is half wolf.

Bye,
Lobo
