My Queen”

I look at you with big brown eyes,
all full of love and I say to myself,
you are, my queen
and I am…your Lou Lou.

I guard you by day, and by night,
I am your obedient, and faithful friend.

I listen for your voice,
It is the voice that I have come to love,
I listen for your step and
hear you call my name.

All I need each day,
is my bowls be filled with food and water,
and play ball with me and
take me out in the car
and I will serve you for
the rest of my life,
for as long as God will let me.

When I get to old, and tend to fail my duties
I would like you to hold,
my little paw and
remember…All the good times,
we have shared, together
And when God, come to take me,
to be with him,
I don’t want you to be sad,
I will always remember…
