Louis “Louie” Lefholz crossed the Rainbow Bridge today at the ripe old age of 15. Louie was well known as a tenor in the Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of Barbershop Quartet Singing in America (SPEBSQSA), for which his daddy once served as the International President. Louie’s repertoire included “How Much is That Doggie in the Window” and “Jesus Loves Me,” on which he harmonized most enthusiastically at the slightest provocation.
Louie also provided great assistance on the family farm
with such tasks as tulip planting and tractor driving.
Besides being extremely handsome,
Louie provided countless hours of companionship, laughter, and licks on the face.
He is survived by his loving daddy, who knows they will harmonize again
as they cross the Rainbow Bridge together.
