My boyfriend and I found Lucky in a grocery store parking lot. He had been hit by a car, and we were hoping somehow we could take him to an emergency vet, save his life, and keep him as our own. His last moments with us were spent on my lap, as I comforted him.
We made it to the vet, but he had too many serious injuries. We will always consider him as our own. Though his life was a short one (he was only four months old the vet said) he spent his last moments with people who cared about him. We were very lucky to be touched by such a nice kitten, and I’m sure we will see him again someday.
