Lucky was our first pet. We had no children at the time
so she was our spoiled little kitty.
When I wanted a baby I would pet her and her purr used to sooth and calm me. She loved being with us all the time. She would fetch cat toys and follow me to the mailbox and walk
with me around our block at night.
She had a litter of kittens at the same time
I was pregnant with our first child.
I could not believe and still do not believe she is gone. Seeing her lying there motionless has left a part of me dead.
Because she gave me comfort during the darkest times of my life
I feel a special bond with her.
Rest in peace little Moome.
