Lucy was so special to this family. She was a package deal with the house. We bought the house and got a dog. She was very kind except to people she didn’t know. She would keep the people at bay in their vehicle until we called her off. She would also groom the cats. I can honestly say I have never know or seen a dog do this before. Lucy died all alone on the side of the road. We were away on vacation and my brother was watching the house. When we returned we found her on the other side of the road. She often went that way to go to the river to cool off. We miss you Lucy.
