Madison today I had to make the hardest decision to say good-bye. For the last month I knew this day was coming, but the last couple of days I could see you were suffering more, so today I let you go.

We had 18 years together but today it was time to say good-bye. I will always remember your “silly boy Madison routine”. My only comfort is knowing you are finally back together with your brother Manny who passed 4 years ago.

I know you have missed him since he’s been gone, and I’m sure he has missed you as much. You both slept together, played together, ate together, and were never apart. At least now the two of you are finally back together again.

Madison please know you were loved and will be missed very much by me and the “other” kitties too. When they came as kittens 9 years ago you were their big brother and watched over them. I know “Two-Tone” will miss you the most as she was always by your side and followed you around everywhere.
