I knew MANDY since I was born.
We played together all the time in the yard and everywhere.
Wherever I went she would be there.
When she started to get older she started to have all
kinds of trouble she could hardly even walk.
She had been with me all my life, until one horrible
day last year. We came home from the store and
she could hardly move. So we took her to the vet.
The vet found out she had cancer and lots of tumors.
The vet told us she was suffering and she would
be better off put to sleep.
I did not want my sweet dog put to sleep but I knew
she would be better with God.
I had a really hard time when MANDY died.
Now she is buried in my backyard with a little tombstone
that has MANDY written on it.
I still think about her all the time.
When I go she will be the first one I will
want to see.
