Sweet Little Marley,
I can’t begin to tell you how much we all miss you and wish that you were still here with us. Your time here with all of us that love you was much to short, but your memories will be with us forever. I will never forget the first day that I met you, oh such a handsome little fellow all spiffed up with your hair all groomed and smelling good from your trip to the groomers. You made friends with Rocky my little Yorkie Poo as soon as you arrived and Rocky was so excited to have a friend that was just a little younger than him and just a little bit smaller. Your sister Roxy and brother Teddy were a little shy in meeting my other two Yorkie Poo’s, Bubba and Peaches, but you were all personality and ready to play and be friends. Before we knew it all six of you were having a ball running and playing in the back yard, barking, playing ball and chasing each other around.
You were so cute with your one ear that wanted to stand up and the other that wanted to lay down. One hundred percent Yorkie Poo, one ear wanting to follow the Yorkie side and the other trying to follow the poodle side. We laughed and nick named you Gizmo. You had lots of new experiences while you were here, you learned to go up and down the stairs to the garage and to the bed,you got to have ham in the morning, had Begging Strips, canine cookies, chew bones and learned that Ding, Ding, Ding was the call to dinner. Rocky tried to teach you how to go in and out of the doggie door and you finally learned what he was doing when he would disappear out of it then stick his head back in trying to get you to come to.
Night time you got to sleep up in the big bed with us and you loved to get snuggled up in my arms or Uncle Harold’s arms give lots of kiss’s and drift off to sleep. When Uncle Harold left in the morning you would sneak over onto his pillow and get another little nap before I would get up, after your ham of course. Uncle Harold gave you another nick name after your little ears got it together and both decided to lay down and look the same. He called you Wild Thing, because you would always get so excited to see him when he came over to your Mom and Dads and just run to him and give kiss’s and kiss’s and want to play.
He told me that you and Roxy and Teddy would all come running when you heard his truck and want to ride the rest of the way into the drive way with him. Teddy and Roxy could jump up into the truck, but you being just a little fellow he had to reach down and pick you up so you could get in. Your Momma got a stroller and I saw how you loved to get in it and ride while she walked around the block. You were such a Little Fellow and so full of love for everything and everyone. You were a gift from above and knew nothing but perfect love. We were all blessed to have had you in our lives if only for the short time that you were here with us.
Candles were lit for you to help you see your way to the Rainbow Bridge where I hope to feel your sweet little snuggle and soft little kiss’s again, someday. Love Forever until we meet again.
