One year anniversary To Max

GoldenHeart,
You walked so gently on this earth.
You came into my life on a breeze and you left on a tear
But in between it all there was Sunshine.
Warm Golden Sunshine
That brightened my days and warmed my nights
And gave me a reason for everything.
You showed me how to be silly and laugh from deep inside me
When I was sad you licked my tears away and said with your eyes that
Everything will be alright.
You were my best friend through all the turmoil in my life We walked through it
Together and through all the happy days we smiled together.
When you first came into my life you would run on ahead of me and I had to catch up because you would turn and look as if to say,” What’s keeping you mommy?
Then as time went by we walked side by side knowing we had each other
As the years passed, you started walking behind me and you were so tired
But your smile was still brighter than the sunshine
And your eyes could melt the coldest heart
I couldn’t imagine the day would come when I would walk all by myself
Forgive me for not knowing you were so ill
You probably didn’t want to worry me because you knew me so well
You always tried to please me and never wanted to disappoint us.
Max, I know you would never want me to be sad
You, who brought me so much joy.
My Big Red Bear, My Mr Magillicutti, My Peace Dog. So many names I had for you but the one that describes you best is Love
You taught me what Love is all about and left that Legacy for me to hold on to until we meet again so run on ahead now Max.
I’ll catch up.
We will forever be heart to heart soul to soul
