You were the light of my life from the day you stepped into my life 3 years ago. You helped me through many dark days. You made me laugh, even while frustrated, in your valiant attempts to chase every squirrel and bunny from the area. You even stepped in and tried to reduce the mammoth cicada population this spring.
The house is such a lonely place without you. I miss your sweet, smiling face greeting me with such joy.
I’m sure you are in heaven now, eating anything you want without getting sick and chasing anything that runs.
