Merrybell came to us after she was found running the streets. It seems like just yesterday that we brought her home from the shelter. She was so scared those first few days.
After a few days she got more comfortable, and as weeks went by her personality couldn’t be kept down. She loved her rawhide bones, her doggie ice cream, treats, playtime and, of course, chasing rabbits any chance she got.
Seizures finally got the best of our baby. Despite all of the medications, she started to shake in the middle of the night and we couldn’t stop it. The ER Clinic couldn’t help either, and about 36 hours after we woke up to her shaking, we held her close as we let her go.
And just like that she was gone. Her toys are still all over the house, and it’s suddenly so quiet.
But you’ll always be with us baby. We love you so much.
Goodbye baby,
Merrybell |
