The day we first saw you Millie, you captured our hearts, with the little imperfection that no doubt kept others from selecting you as their pet. As a special creature of God, I know the Lord intended you to be with Ashley for companionship and love, and you were truly a gift of God. You will remain in our hearts and minds forever. We remember you staring and barking at your water glass when empty until someone came and filled it, stretching and posing when you first awoke, sleeping in bed on the pillow next to Ashley’s head, or on the back of the couch and slipping behind the cushion. Most of all, we remember you for teaching us about the purity of love and devotion.
