Miss Kitty by Erin Walker / Your Mother

I was sent to you one special day,to bring you some happiness along the way. You gave me a wonderful home like none other,You smiled at me and said “Come here to your mother.” I was an angel to you as you were to me,You even gave me a name, you called me Miss Kitty. However, my time with you has come to an end,but I left you with the happiness I was sent to mend. I will see you soon but you must be strong, For God’s angels are sent to heal,
but then they are gone.
(This poem was written for me by my niece after my sweet Miss Kitty passed away)
