Little Mollie
My little Mollie up in the sky,
How you used to make me laugh, but now all I do is cry.
Everything around reminds me of you,
And all of those little things you used to do.
Your eyes were like stars glistening on a deep clear night,
And your fur was soft and fluffy, beautiful black and white.
You’ve gone through so much pain,
but yet brought so much joy,
Even though you were so tiny and small like a toy.
You were always there in the sun, wind, snow and rain,
And I can’t bear to think I’ll never see you again.
If only I could hold you once more,
Or see you sat waiting at the front door.
I was told I was to obsessed with you,
That’s only because I loved you so much,
And everything you used to do.
My little baby you were a dream come true.
But now the Angels must take care of you,
Remember my precious, it’s impossible not to love you.
