Shih Tzu
So you understand part of this story I must tell you
my parents have spent thousands of dollars on antiques.
So 3 years ago we were in a mall in this mall there was this
puppy Shih Tzu. He saw me and wouldn’t take his eyes off of me.
He had been their for 7 months and was going to be put to sleep if no
one took him soon. 🙁 I was sitting there looking at him though the
glass window and he loved me!
All of the other people in the store would look at him try to play with him
but he wanted me not them. My sister went and put her arms
covering the window I hid he went furiously from corner
2 corner of his window trying his best to find me.
I came out he saw me and started to lick the glass in joy.
We took him out to get a better look at him.
He was adorable! But,$300!!!! My parents left period.
I ran after them “but you bought all those antiques!” I said.
They stopped in their tracks. I had caught them.
There was no getting out of it now. We bought him.
WE brought him home and named him Mudge after a dog in
my favorite book series The Adventures of Henry and Mudge.
We had him for 3 months. He was an angel from heaven.
No potty in the house nothing. The perfect dog.
One day Casey (our other dog) and Mudge had been outside for quite
a long time and we decided they should come in now.
Remember mom and I had been making spaghetti Hilary (my sister )
came running in in tears. “Mudge Mudge was all she could say.
My mom ran outside to find Mudge dead.
WE didn’t know how though. He wasn’t near the road so…
3 weeks later my dog Casey was attacked by a Dalmatian.
We knew that it must of been him who had attacked my Mudge.
My dad chased that dog home and talked to the owner.
The Dalmation had problems and was put to rest.
WE put Mudge in a box and each wrote a message on it.
Then we buried him.
WE found 5 rocks and placed them on his grave.
When we moved years later my dad took one of the
rocks with us. Our only memory.
WE hadn’t even taken any pics.
Mudge is still with us in our mind and hearts.
Mudge we love you!
